Five Legacies of John Boyd

I knew John from the time I went to work for Tom Christie down at Eglin AFB in his Weapons Systems Analysis Division. I was Tom's John Boyd filter and collaborator on expanding the Energy Maneuverability Theory. I did this from Feb 1970 to Sep 1974. John was my mentor and friend until he passed away. I too was at John's funeral at Arlington having flown in from Las Vegas. I also attended John's wake at Tom and Kathy Christie's house that afternoon and also a remembrance of him up at Winslow Wheeler's cabin in West Virginia (can't remember the year). But I do remember it was a lot of fun with the likes of Tom and Kathy, Winslow and his bride and son, Chuck Spinney and his wife, Rich Riccioni, Bob Dilger, Pierre Sprey and a few others which I can't bring to mind.
