Abstract
Edward Martin (1879–1967) had both an exemplary military career and a very successful political career in Pennsylvania. Seventy-nine scrapbooks detailing his life are included within his papers at the Pennsylvania State Archives. Martin's World War I career is discussed along with examples of images from his scrapbooks.
