This paper looks at academic advising at the University of Botswana (UB). Secondary data collection methods were used for this paper, including gathering information from company records, Internet searches, and a key contributor who went through the advising system since its inception. The results indicate that the university lags behind in academic advising and would benefit from benchmarking.References
