Abstract
Among the joys of being one of Santa’s most favorite helpers are all the events, parties, and fundraisers I get to do as the Jolly Old Elf. During the most wonderful time of the year, I have the opportunity meet so many great individuals—locals, people from across the country, and even some from around the world. Each encounter reminds me of my own childhood memories of Christmas from the late 1950s to the early 1960s.
